    You can purchase CRTV with a currency other than US Dollars, however, in this instance your bank will likely charge you an additional conversion fee that will be found on your bank statement.

    Do I need to be signed in?
    You must have a CRTV account and subscription to activate the CRTV app on Amazon FireTV. Navigate to CRTV.com to create an account if you do not have one already.

    How do I sign in / activate my Amazon FireTV?
    When you open the CRTV app on Amazon FireTV, you will see the ability to sign in. Sign in using the same username and password you previously setup on the CRTV.com website. You should now be able to see the full video catalogue.

    Where do I see the daily shows?
    The CRTV Daily Shows will appear as the featured media at the top of the homepage of each talent's window after you sign in.

    What if I don't see the daily show after it's scheduled time?
    Navigate to another page or video in the app, and then navigate back to the home screen. New content is loaded on the homepage each time this view loads. Check back in a few minutes.

    How do I restart the app?
    Double tap the "home / select" button (the thumb reader button)
    Swipe the CRTV app up off the screen. This closes the app completely.
    Press the home / select button again, and open the app again. You should now see the newest available content.

    How do I sign in / activate my Roku?
    When you open the CRTV app on Roku, you will be instructed to sign in. After you sign in, you should be able to see the full video catalogue.

    When you open the CRTV app on a Samsung Smart TV, you will be instructed to sign in. Sign in using the same username and password you previously setup on the CRTV.com website. You should now be able to see the full video catalogue.

Gifting

  • How can I give a CRTV subscription to someone else?

    Visit the Gift page for instructions on how to purchase a gift.

  • Do I have to be a CRTV subscriber to give a gift?

    No, you just need to create a login by entering the fields on the first screen of Order Now module, then select Purchase a Gift.

  • When will the gift recipient be sent the gift email?

    You will have the opportunity to define when you want the gift recipient to receive the email with their gift information. The 1 year subscription will start once the gift recipient has claimed their gift.

  • Will the subscription auto-renew?

    No. Your card will only be charged once and the subscription will expire at the end of the 1 year of access.

  • Will my credit card be saved on the gift recipient subscription?

    No. Your credit card will not be attached to the gift subscription so if the gift recipient would like to renew the subscription they will have to add their own credit card.

  • Are gifts refundable?

    No. Gifts purchased on CRTV are non-refundable.

  • Do other discounts available on CRTV apply to gifts?

    No. Any other discount offers on CRTV such as the Military, Police, and Student discounts do not apply to gifting on CRTV.

  • How long will it take to get my mug?

    Louder with Crowder mugs are hand crafted, so it takes approximately 3-6 weeks.

  • Do you charge for shipping the mug?
